Built on the 4 nm process, and based on the Phoenix graphics processor, in its 100-000001280 variant, the device supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. Unlike the fully unlocked Ryzen Z1 Extreme GPU, which uses the same GPU but has all 768 shaders enabled, AMD has disabled some shading units on the Ryzen Z1 GPU to reach the product's target shader count. It features 256 shading units, 16 texture mapping units, and 8 ROPs. The card also has 4 raytracing acceleration cores. AMD includes 16 GB LPDDR5 memory, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1500 MHz, which can be boosted up to 2500 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
